Refund Policy


There Are No Refunds, Only Exchange Within 14 Days Of Delivery Date.
*There are certain exceptions where full refunds are granted (if applicable).

Once goods are shipped, returns may be made thereafter.  Any refunds/exchanges/returns will not be granted if item has already been shipped out until item is received back unopened/unworn and unused.  All costumes/cosplay are final sale.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Hair/Head accessories
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Custom headboards

Upon inspection of returned merchandise and approval/acceptance of item(s), you will either exchange for same item or when exceptions apply, receive an account credit towards
your next purchase.
There are certain situations where refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible or Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

A Full Refund (Shipping Fees Excluded), Will Be Granted If Returned Item(s) Are No Longer Available Or Item(s) Has Been Discontinued. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection status of your return/exchange.
If return is approved, item(s) exchange will be sent to you (shipped free of charge) or if preferred, credit will be applied to your store account within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned/exchaged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded/returned or exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To complete your return(s), we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where refunds are granted (if applicable).
For Exchanges, Product Must Be In Original Packaging, Undamaged, Unsoiled And UnWorn.

~~~Please do not send your purchase back to the International Supplier. We are a GWV (Global Wide Vendor). Therefore, have numerous suppliers form UK, USA, Guatemala , Central America, Europe & Asia. In the event your package has an international return address, please disregard and contact us directly via email: Customerservice@Azariasplace.com, if you require exchange of your product. Thank you for your cooperation.

Upon inspection of returned item(s) and approval, you will either exchange for same item or when exceptions apply, receive an account credit towards

Return/Exchange exceptions are as follows:
-item is not available 
-item is discontinued
-item has been recalled
-was not originally ordered item

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping fee will apply.
You will be responsible for any shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $35, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking number.
