Shipping may also be delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We have no control over any courier delays in this uncertain time. Dependent time variants of shipping are where item(s) are manufactured, if item(s) are of special order; seasonal shipping delays (ie: Christmas, Spring Festival, Easter, Passover & Chinese New Year); inclement weather orders may take up to 3-7 weeks for delivery.
Once your item has been shipped, there is no way to cancel order. You may still return eligible products for exchange at cost to customer. Replacement will then be shipped after we receive original product unworn & unsoiled & unopened.
We are a GWV (Global Wide Vendor), therefore many of our items are shipped in from the UK, Europe, Asia & also Central America. Your delivery package may have an international return address, please disregard (do not send returns to international address) and if there is need for a return, please contact us directly via Email: Returns@Azaria.Store.

We are not responsible for any lost or missing packages once shipment has been posted. Any delivery issues will have to be taken up with the chosen postal service either selected or provided.
